My stay at The Wee Stay was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The private hot tub was a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding while surrounded by the serene Scottish countryside. However, one minor issue I encountered was that while the top of the water was roasting, the bottom of the tub remained a bit cold, making it slightly less enjoyable than anticipated. Nonetheless, the attention to detail in the guest suite was impeccable, with cozy furnishings and all the amenities one could need. The provided wood for the hot tub made relaxation effortless, and the garden area added to the tranquility of the experience. The inclusion of towels, bed sheets, and toiletries ensured a comfortable stay, and the availability of TV with WiFi and Sky channels was a nice bonus. Check-in was seamless, and having a designated parking area was convenient. Although I didn't get to meet Holly, the resident cat, I could sense the charm she adds to the property. Overall, I highly recommend The Wee Stay for a five-star getaway in Kinross-shire!

Tip - We spent the day at glenshee skiing and it was a perfect drive back - not too far

Just returned from a Hogmanay stay at The Wee Stay & can honestly say it was amazing. Lovely space & lots of thoughtful touches. Peaceful & beautiful location. We loved the hot tub & the outdoor kitchen. Nicki & Darren were very responsive & patient with us. Thank you so much, we had a lovely start to 2024.

Place is lovely and quiet, very peaceful. The place has everything you need. Can’t say anything negative it was perfect for a break. Not too far from other places.

Tip - Powmill Milk Bar is brilliant, same with sunrise Chinese in Kinross

We arrived for our wedding anniversary weekend to ‘ the wee stay’ where Nicki & Darren had already lit the wood fire hot tub for us arriving, Nicki was very attentive all weekend if we needed her she was there really great host, the room the kitchen everything was spotless clean. Very cute little place for a couple, we are hoping to come back when Nicki & Darren have finished there new project :) we had the perfect couples weekend, would recommend for any couple looking for a nice peaceful weekend away!

Tip- Everything is a little bit of driving away but east accessible in the car, we found Sainsbury’s which was 4 miles away and Nicki recommend a Chinese in dollar called ‘ Lee’s’ HIGHLY recommend as this chinese was stunning!!

The Wee Stay is a lovely wee get away to just relax and unwind. The room is very cosy but has everything you need (I loved the rain shower). We were greeted with a chilled bottle of fizz. Thankfully the Hot tub was preheated for us as we struggled to do it ourselves on the 2nd night. Luckily Nicki was on hand to help. The location is so peaceful. The outdoor kitchen has everything you need for self catering but we’d definitely recommend the Hot Rock Steaks and S’more toasting kit! Everything was immaculate and very well presented. We loved our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Tip - Going into Edinburgh for the day is only about 20mins away.

Lovely quiet location with gorgeous views. The bedroom and bathroom are well equipped but for us the use of the lovely kitchen/dining room/ sitting room was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and the space is well designed and intimate. Had the weather been a bit warmer the outside space looked gorgeous too. Nicki was super quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Tip - Kinross is 15 minutes away for supermarkets etc and we had a great day hiking on the Falkland Estate and visiting the Palace.
